Realize Your Potential Youth Society (RYP)  is a youth-led nonprofit building real leaders through multi-year mentorship and leadership development. Our programs equip young people with financial literacy, wellness support, STEAM training, and peer leadership skills to strengthen their future and their communities. Our mentors — called Ambassadors — are university students and graduates aged 18–26 who co-lead youth sessions and community initiatives. This campaign is designed to fuel our next chapter of impact in Alberta.
