At Realize Your Potential Youth Society (RYP), we specialize in making this vision a reality for youth in Calgary, particularly those who are descendants of the African Diaspora. We believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive in an environment that values their unique experiences, challenges, and strengths.

• Mentorship and Leadership Development: Training 32 Youth Ambassadors and 20 mentors to better equip them to face the unique challenges youth encounter.
• Curriculum Enhancement: Expanding our programs to include mental health resilience, leadership development, and personal empowerment, in addition to our current STEAM and financial literacy sessions, to better support youth.
• Community and Family Engagement: Hosting workshops for families to support their children’s educational and mental health journeys.
