Our passion lies in helping women and teen girls navigate life transitions. Whether preparing to re-enter the workforce, settling into life in Canada, or facing unexpected changes, thousands of clients have come to us—each with their own unique story. We’re here to help open doors, remove barriers, and walk alongside them as they create their own path.

For over 40 years, Making Changes has been a vital part of Calgary’s “women-helping-women” network. With the support of 250+ dedicated volunteers and over 100 referral partners—from immigrant and human services agencies to schools, healthcare, community groups, and businesses—we continue to grow our impact.
