Who Is COF?

The COF was initiated in 2015 and incorporated as an Alberta not-for-profit society in 2018.  We currently have over 200 members and over 800 on our mailing list.

COF:

  • Provides condominium owners and occupants with opportunities for networking, education, and advocacy,
  • Focuses on improving the management and value of our properties, the governance of our corporations and enhancing the public perception of condominium living,
  • Fosters a greater sense of community amongst all stakeholders.
  • Has been, and continues to be involved with Service Alberta and other Government departments on discussions of interest to Condominium stakeholders.

COF (the Condo Owners Society of Alberta) is the only province-wide incorporated non-profit organization exclusively serving condo owners’ needs for education, networking, We need you help to pay for the electronic means to keep in touch with our members.
