C and C Education Foundation was founded in 2019 by Lucia Liu, who has been working as a teacher for over thirty years. The purpose of C and C Education Foundation is to foster better education for primary through secondary levels of education for all students. This will be achieved by offering a variety of programs to support children, including C and C Talks, the C and C Literacy Club, and the C and C Robotic Club. Additionally, the foundation provides workshops and support for learners and their parents. The support includes group purchases of learning programs and materials that are not currently easily accessible for families. C and C Education Foundation strives to help new Chinese immigrants culturally and psychologically to adapt to Canadian society. 

 The foundation's mission is to foster Leadership, Fellowship and Mentorship for all members.

ROBORAISE for Youth STEAM&Leadership Education

Roboraise is to support the Robotics Club of C and C Education Foundation. It was initiated in 2019 to increase the awareness of leadership skills, collabration and confidence in the youth of Chinese immigrants, and to prepare them for the future success.
