The current workforce landscape lacks inclusivity, often overlooking the skills and potential of women, immigrants and BIWoC. We address this gap by providing tailored training and connections.
Barriers women, especially immigrants and BIWoC, face include and are not limited to lack of recognition of education credentials, housing, proficiency of English, Canadian work experience, cultural differences, family dynamics, domestic violence, and/or accessible childcare - topped with low self-esteem can play a role in the unemployment of women especially.
