New Mosque Construction Project

Canadian Islamic Dar Alfatwa Centre (CIDAC) is excited to announce the beginning of a new Mosque construction project here in Edmonton!

With your generous support, we can create a vibrant and spacious Masjid to serve the Muslim Community.

Since we began operations in 2005,  CIDAC has witnessed tremendous community growth. From a small prayer space to a full-size gym, the community is quickly outgrowing the spaces that we are able to offer.

Therefore, we have decided to embark on this blessed journey, by constructing a mosque that will be large enough to accomodate our community's growing needs. 

By joining us in this campaign, you'll be part of something bigger than yourself, you'll be contributing to a project that outlives you, and comes back to support you in the afterlife (Sadaqa Jariyah).

Phase 1 of the project will cost about $2 Million CAD, and our immediate goal is to raise $320,000 to cover EPCOR Infrastructure costs, which will be the first step in this phase.
