Goldbar Preschool Association hasn't added a story.

This incredible preschool has been part of the Goldbar community for over 30 years and right now we are at a crossroads.

Goldbar preschool provides a caring, play-centered, outdoor based environment for children both in and out of our neighbourhood.

Being located at Goldbar School is not only conveniently located, easy for parents to drop off older children but also gives the future kindergarten class (and beyond) a sense of familiarity and routine at the beginning of their education journey. It also comes with increasing rent costs (over 50% in the last 5 years)

We have a very motivated group of parents right now on the board who are ready to put in the work and come up with new fundraising ideas and initiatives to make Goldbar Preschool sustainable for 30 more years.

What we don’t have is time. Our numbers project a big deficit if we cannot find money to start the year with some cash in our pockets, which means we will be forced to close our doors and lose this invaluable part of our community.
