Everyone deserves easy access to success enabling information!
The above is not the case with people of color who experience challenges with accessing vital information about the settlement, housing, career development, job search/employment, family and social support, health, education, and business in a foreign land. Many depend on stories from friends or relatives but very few have such sources. This situation results in limited access to opportunities that would enhance their progress and success in Canada. At MOSAIC Information Resources, we assemble relevant information resources in a central platform to support black community and other racialized groups in Canada, with link access to relevant resources, in all Provinces and Territories, which help in transition and access to opportunities for growth and career development. We collaborate with government support agencies and other philanthropic organizations. We plan to also provide training, mentoring and coaching of the community members as we grow.
