The Grocery Gift Cards Support Initiative for families across Alberta.
Princen Sammy Eduful & Herty Foundation is sincerely
thankful for its partners for their generosity which helps us to
provide immediate gift cards for groceries and financial aid for
hunger relief and food security of $150 for an average family of
four people, for more than 75,000 at-risk children and families to
purchase food, gift cards for groceries and other essential supplies
to deliver nutritious food and empowering families to make healthier
choices.
We have received an overwhelming number of applications which
are beyond our ability to meet the needs of families and individuals
in the communities across Alberta to receive grocery gift cards.
The grocery gift cards project is a part of what we do, to
provide food security and nutritious food programs to empower at
risk children, families, youth and seniors in the community across Alberta.
Youth Workforce Development and Volunteer Partnership Program For Every Summer:
This initiative is part of our Youth Internship, Work Placement, Job Training, and Youth Workforce Development Programs, which are designed to create pathways to employment for young people across Alberta, in collaboration with Alberta Youth Employment Incentive(AYEI) Program and ESDC.
Our programs place particular emphasis on supporting underrepresented and equity-deserving youth, including Black, Indigenous, and other racialized communities, by equipping them with the skills, experience, mentorship, and opportunities needed to succeed in today’s evolving labour market.
Our mission is to empower youth, students, service employees, and employers while strengthening Alberta and Canada’s workforce through community-based programs and partnerships. Your financial support is greatly appreciated.
