On September 23, 2024, our community lost Jaedyn Noel, a vibrant 24-year-old whose love for music brought joy to those around him. To honour Jaedyn's legacy and keep his passion for music alive, the Noel family in partnership with the St Paul & District Arts Foundation are embarking on a project close to his heart—a free music recording studio, accessible to all.
In small communities like St. Paul, access to creative outlets such as music production can be a challenge. For many aspiring musicians, the cost of studio time, equipment, and professional guidance is out of reach, limiting their ability to explore their talents and express themselves. So we are building a free, community-driven recording studio that welcomes everyone, regardless of their financial means. This space will offer access to high-quality recording equipment and the opportunity for mentorship and collaboration.
More than just a place to record music, this studio will be a welcoming home for creativity and a safe space where young people can connect with others who share their passion for music.
